CampInTouch Login

*Please note that in October of 2024, we merged our CampInTouch systems for Day Camp and Overnight Camp. This means that you will now be able to register for Day Camp, Overnight Camp, and Parents' Night Out using the same system/account.  Your existing login should still work, but please reach out if you need assistance.

Unfortunately, completed paperwork from summer 2024 Day Camp programs did not merge over. This means that any returning Day Camp families will need to re-submit paperwork if registering for Parents' Night Out programs in the 2024 calendar year. We apologize for this inconvenience. All paperwork will reset in 2025 and all families will be prompted to re-submit for the 2025 calendar year. 

2025 Registration Information

Availability is updated below manually, meaning the availability information not linked to our registration platform directly. That means some sessions may show there is space when there is not space available. We try to keep this as updated as possible, but encourage you to join the waitlist if space is not available. 

 

 

Overnight Camp

Overnight camp registration is on a first come, first served basis. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold each session week. Based on regulations from Colorado Child Care, we ask that each family have their own account in order to complete mandatory forms. 

Trekker Leadership Training Program (LTP) Applications will require information to be filled out by parents and some essay questions by the campers. LTP Campers will also do a simple phone interview with the CCO LTP Director. Once this application process is complete, your camper will be enrolled.

About the Waitlist

If a program is full, the wait list is there for people to sign up for a spot if one becomes available. We go to the wait list if a family drops a program, which makes it beneficial to be on the wait list. You do this the same way you would register, through the Camper Application, and there is no charge to be on the wait list and you can sign up for as many as you like. 

CCO cannot predict if/when another family might drop from a session, some programs have a lot of movement and some have none. Our procedure is to reach out to the next person on the wait list and offer them the spot. We give a time frame to accept so we can move on to the next person if need be (typically around 72-hours). Nothing is charged until the family confirms they want the spot. 

Scholarships

Camp Chief Ouray wants to make sure anyone who wants to be at summer camp has a way of attaining it. We do this in many ways; individual scholarships, partnerships with organizations, and third-party sponsors.

We know costs are rising everywhere, and camp is no different. The move to offer more equitable pay for our camp counselor staff, combined with rising costs in the goods and services needed to offer a quality camp experience, has required us to raise our camp fees. Please do not let the cost of summer camp prevent your camper from an experience at CCO. Thanks to the continuous generous support of our donors, we are able to offer a variety of ways to help offset the cost of a week of summer camp for anyone interested.

Below is the scholarship application you can download to complete. You can also submit the scholarship application online by registering first and then completing the ‘Scholarship Application (optional)’ under ‘Forms and Documents’ of your CampInTouch account. We are happy to answer questions about any of these scholarships or questions about camp at chiefouray@ymcarockies.org or by calling 970-887-2648.
