Registration for Parents' Night Out is required at least 24 hours in advance. To register, please create an account or login* in to your CampInTouch account.
Due to limited availability, advanced registration is recommended. If the program is full at time of registration, you will be placed on a waitlist.
Once logged in, you will need to complete an application to select the date(s) you would like to register for and complete payment. The following forms and documents are also required. Campers will not be able to check-in until all forms are complete.
•Camper Application - standard waiver for all participants
•Agreement - acknowledgment of behavior policies
•Allowed to Pickup - list of adults who have permission to check-out your camper(s)
•Healthcare Authorization
•Health History - Parents' Night Out
•Info for Counselor
•Anaphylaxis Action Plan (as needed for epi-pen users)
•Asthma/Inhaler Plan (as needed for inhaler users)
•Scholarship Application (optional)
*Please note that in October of 2024, we merged our CampInTouch systems for Day Camp and Overnight Camp. Your login should still work, but please reach out if you need assistance. Unfortunately, completed paperwork from summer 2024 Day Camp programs did not merge over. This means that any returning Day Camp families will need to re-submit paperwork if registering for Parents' Night Out programs in 2024 calendar year. All paperwork will reset in 2025 and all families will be prompted to re-submit for the 2025 calendar year. We apologize for the inconvenience.
