The Youth Leadership Board is comprised of 10-12 campers, ages 14-17

They meet throughout the year in-person in the Denver area and at CCO to make decisions about camp programs, events, recruiting and scholarship fundraising.

Why should I apply?

 

Build leadership skills that can help you in the future

Meet new friends with the same passion you have for camp

Advise camp staff on how to improve programming

Build your resume for college

Receive letter of recommendation from Leadership and Trips Director upon completion of term

Board Requirements and Expectations

  • Attend at least one camp program during the current summer
  • Volunteer 25 hours in your local community throughout the year.
  • Volunteer at one off season CCO event (ex. Volunteer Day, Open House, etc.)
  • Participate in both Fall and Spring Retreats
  • Raise $250 for the CCO Scholarship Fund
