Adventure Trips

Adventure Trips are one-week programs for campers Ages 13-16. Campers spend 3-4 days in the Colorado wilderness while working as a team, building confidence, and gaining hands on expereince with Leave No Trace principles.

All Trekker Programs involve an application and selection process that requires initiative and dedication from the camper. Following registration there are supplemental questions that your camper will need to complete on their own. They can be found in “forms” once an application has been submitted.

Trekker Trips

Trekker Trips offer exciting two-week adventures for campers ages 14-17 filled with adventure and discovery. These trips take campers out of Colorado to explore new areas of the country. Each trip will encourage campers to explore unique perspectives around areas visited.

Leadership in Training

All Leadership Training Programs involve an application and selection process that requires initiative and dedication from the camper. Steps of the application include submitting one letter of recommendation (for applicants who have not completed a prior Leadership Training Program), completing a set of supplemental questions, and a phone interview with the CCO Leadership and Trips Director.

Leadership Training Program

For campers ages 15-18, our LTP program is designed for campers to practice and develop the skills to lead positive change at home and at CCO while participating in camp and wilderness activities.
