Join us for a fun Fall Camp Weekend

Where campers can participate in engaging fall themed activities and reconnect with friends and their favorite staff. Open to campers ages 7-12, this program runs from the evening of Friday, October 17th to the afternoon of Sunday, October 19th.

Fall Camp Information

  • Check In (Friday Oct. 17): For all campers being driven to Camp Chief Ouray, check in will be from 7:00 – 7:30 PM MDT at the Upstairs Nordic Center (formerly known as the dining hall).
    • Bus check-in: For all campers taking the bus to camp, the check-in will be from 5:45 to 6:00 PM MDT at the Jefferson Government RTD Station Kiss-n-Ride. Two staff members will check in campers at the RTD station before driving up to camp.  
  • Check Out (Sunday Oct. 19): For all campers being picked up at Camp Chief Ouray, check out will be from 1:00 – 1:30 PM MDT at the Upstairs Nordic Center.
    • Bus Check Out: For all campers taking the bus from camp, check out will be from 3:00 – 3:15 PM MDT at the Jefferson Government RTD Station Kiss-n-Ride.
      Campers will participate in activities through the Snow Mountain Ranch and Camp Chief Ouray property but stay in a heated cabin at Camp Chief Ouray.

Base camp fee: $300/camper
Bus Transportation (per direction): $35/camper

Due to limited availability, advanced registration is recommended. If the program is full at time of registration, you will be placed on a waitlist.

Once logged in, you will need to complete a camper application to select the program you would like to register for and complete payment.

The following forms and documents are also required to check in. Campers will not be able to check-in until all forms are complete.

All payments must be in the camp office five (5) days prior to arriving. Camp Chief Ouray reserves the right to cancel any registration if the balance due is not received nor there is any communication from the camper family. Forms and payments are completed online in your CampInTouch account.

If we are required to limit or cancel sessions per the Colorado Department of Health or Grand County Public Health, donate, or be fully refunded all monies paid.

If you need to cancel your child’s registration for Fall Camp, please contact us as soon as possible so your child’s spot can be given to another waiting child.

Refunds will be made if cancellations are made with at least three days' notice, unless there is a balance due on the account. Payments may also be donated.

Cancellations with less than three days' notice will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued for medical reasons only with written verification from a physician.

There will be no refunds if a child goes home early in cases of illnesses that happen at Fall Camp, disciplinary action, bullying or homesickness.
